MISSION & VISION

My mission is to empower Christian men, veterans, and first responders to move forward in life with clarity and confidence, firmly rooted in the truth of God’s Word. Through faith-based coaching and Christ-centered guidance, we support men in rediscovering their God-given purpose, building spiritual and emotional resilience, and living a life marked by integrity, strength, and service.

Together, we journey through transformation—answering the call to become courageous leaders, faithful stewards, and steadfast warriors for Christ in every area of life.

ABOUT ME:

I’m a Christian Coach dedicated to serving men, veterans, and first responders—helping them discover a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ and how that identity shapes their purpose and vision across every area of life.

Raised in a military family, I followed that legacy and served as an Army Officer for 13 years. My career included two combat deployments to Iraq, Airborne School, Ranger School, and the honor of commanding an Airborne Artillery Battery in the 82nd Airborne Division. I know firsthand the unique sacrifices that service members and their families make, and I carry that understanding into every coaching relationship.

After transitioning out of the Army, I found myself searching for a new sense of direction. It was during this season that Jesus met me in a powerful way. Through His Word, I came to understand the foundational role of identity and purpose in a man’s life. This revelation transformed my own journey and lit a fire in me to help others walk into the fullness of their calling.

In addition to life experience, I bring a solid educational and professional foundation to my coaching. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Marshall University and a Master’s in Theological Studies from Liberty University. I’m a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, an Advanced-Level Board Certified Christian Coach (CACLC) through IBCC, and a proud member of the International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA).

Whether you're in transition, seeking clarity, or pursuing a life of greater impact—I’m here to walk with you as you build and grow in Christ.

TESTIMONIAL

Nick is a well-rounded and grounded individual who puts others first in his approach to coaching. Therefore, writing about the "Benefits of Coaching" in my personal life and my local ministry should be easy.

Life coaching in the context of my local church ministry has been transformative in my spiritual journey and leadership development. Nick provided intentional guidance and support for six weeks (eight if we count the times I had to extend our time to a two-week meeting). With this support, I have gained clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose in my service to the church and community.

Number 1 is the "Spiritual Alignment"

Coaching has helped me align my faith with my ministry goals. In reflecting on scripture and discussing my experiences, I have deepened my understanding of Christ’s teachings and how they inform my work within the church. Being seasoned in ministry, I still have much to learn and grow. I realized going back to who I am In Christ is important to my foundation as a leader and child of God.

Number 2 is the "Enhanced Skills in Leadership"

Coaching has equipped me with essential leadership skills, such as effective communication, conflict resolution, and team building. Now, I should have this mastered, right? Well, we are all WIPs (Work In Progress). So relearning or discovering new skills is crucial for fostering a healthy church environment and promoting collaboration among ministry members.

Number 3 is casting a "Vision"
This has been number one. I Int to say that even with a vision, one cannot achieve that without being spiritually aligned. So, in applying Numbers 1 and 2, we can foster the importance of creating and communicating a compelling vision for my ministry. I should also engage the congregation in our vision as we serve in the mission.

Vision and Valor coaching has profoundly impacted my approach to church ministry. It has enhanced my spiritual alignment, developed my leadership skills, and helped me cast a vision.
